The blue PCB is Elpida's standard PCB for their BBSE sticks. Your kit is probably a rather early Trident kit, right? I have seen at least three kits with blue PCB so far, but they're pretty rare. Can you post a pic of your kit?

1800C9 is a very low bin, don't expect these to be good ... they might even be T-series PSC
Got this psc black pcb with GA marking, probably the last batch of Trident 2000C9 before early RipjawsX 2133 C9 /Sandy released. Eat 1.92V+ for lunch

you have to be lucky with all 2000 Tridents ,i pretty much give up on them all tho i never had 9-9-9-24 1.6V PCS set and looking at Hiwa and Dumo results that might be the bin to get
