    SSD RAID0 RoundUp 2012: RAID0 strikes back

    Hello again everybody,

After 6 months from the "SSD RoundUp 2012: Battle for the Middle Earth" we have a new round up with RAID0 and TRIM on the following drives:

    Samsung 830 128GB
    OCZ Vertex 4 128GB
    Kingston HyperX 120GB
    Plextor M5 Pro 128GB

Yes! I know that again everything is in Greek! but look the charts

    Enjoy it
When Mercedes brought their C111 to Talledega years ago and blew away the closed course record did it count? Yes..
That was a "factory" car and a "one of" that no one could buy and was never sold.
Records are records and that is a fact so get over it.

Greek?! It’s even more intricate than my language Portuguese!! Lol

The charts speak for themselves, great comparative review, thanks.

As an obs, I found that an 830 raid, with an 128K stripe size, gives a better performance in AS SSD with both caches active in Intel Controller and only one in W7:

BTW, I’m using IRST 11.6.0.1030 driver mod by Fernando in an X79 platform.
    Thanks Goril.

I cannot see any diagrams in the review with Firefox and Internet Explorer.

Nope, they are fancy Flash embeds rather than simple images. For me, NoScript strips them out. A triumph of cleverness over web design, unfortunately. :/

Is it possible to get PCmark scores? I find PCMark is the best one at measuring real world performance. AS SSD not as much.

I would like to see it compared to 2xM4 256gb each. Thanks for the review.
