Need Review of My Pending Rig Setup

This is my planned setup for my new rig. Main use is for gaming and I'm planning on OC'ing to about 4.4-4.5 on air.
I'm not interested in water cooling as I have no experience with it. All parts are from Newegg. Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Case: Cooler Master Cosmos II
Mobo: Asus Z77 Maximus V Extreme
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5GHz
    RAM: G.SKILL Trident X Series DDR3 2666 (2 X 4GB)
    GPU: EVGA GTX 690 4GB
PSU: COOLER MASTER Silent Pro 1200W
    Heatsink: Cooler Master TPC 812
    HDD: 2 X 1TB Seagate Barracuda 6.0GB/s
Optical Drive: SAMSUNG 22X DVD Burner
Audio: Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium HD
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 64-bit SP1 (will upgrade to Win 8 64-bit when it comes out)

that MB has better onboard audio than that sound card,

the formula is better than the extreme unless you want to use the thunderbolt port.

that ram is overkill and if you go down to 2133 or 2400 you will get the same perfomance but $50-75 a kit. and if you want a high clocking toy the samsung 1333mhz 2x4GB kit is better.

2x 680 is a better idea thanthe 690 unless you want to liquid cool and save money on the FC block

raiding HDDs will not help with anything on the newer drives/controllers. save money by going for 1x2TB WD red and get a 120GB ssd. pulling that useless soundcard and swapping drives should give you enough for a 240GB drive even. get something with a marvel controller like a crucial or a samsung.

and if you plan on getting near 16GB of total system memory (ram+gpu) make sure to get 7 pro so you do not hit the ram wall.

edit- you linked a $350 coolermaster case, have you gone insane man, get a silver stone or lianli for that price range, even a fractal design r3 would make a better case and they are about $120
