Anyone got a Galaxy Nexus from Google?

    http://www.google.com/nexus/#/galaxy/features

Im curious about getting this phone, since it does not require a contract plus it'll replace my current flip phone + iPod Touch

just worried on how to sync my mp3+mp4 collection
my mp4 is formatted for the iPod Touch. do I need to reformat it for the Galaxy Nexus size screen?
    How does the mp3 sound?

Im used to mooching wifi at Starbucks or McDonalds so getting a refill card is limited to $30-50

    thanks in advance

I don't own one but it's a great phone. I'm fairly certain you need to convert your iTunes purchased videos in order to play them elsewhere though. Would you get a mobile voice/data plan from a carrier or just go WiFi only?

    WiFi only.
Very tight budget...my Samsung flipphone is going 3yrs strong on a T-Mobile 1000/yr $97 @ Target. Goes on for 3-4 months before refill.
If I need to get directions, I ask a human being....but, 75% are not knowledgable, so I take my iPod Touch to a Starbucks/BN/McD for WiFi

Most of my iTunes purchased are free (see Starbucks condiment stand for free song/app/tv shows)

Then I listen to podcast nowadays (Adam Carolla Network, Jay Mohr stories, Freakonomics, etc)

Just found out, I can hook GNex can be feed to my car's AUX, just like my iPod Touch

What else you guys think is good about GNex?

With Google Maps you can cache large regions of the US to your SD card. So when you have WiFi access you can download/update the regions you need and use it as a GPS as well.

any android device will play any non DRM protected common media format. for the maps casheing you literally select a square and it cashes it.

    Murphy's Law

Soon as I start wanting something, something else becomes priority.
I guess I'll have to carry my flip phone & iPod Touch for a while

No DRM worries for me. Most of my music.mp4 are mine or are not downloaded. Majority are actually mash ups and podcast.

    Thanks folks

what do you mean that your music is mp4, most are m4a or m4p for audio. and why would you use any of those as they are inferior to mp3.

What's the typical price range for used? What should I lookout for just in case it'd questionable?

used is normally the on contract price of the device, buying 3rd party is about $100 off the retail price.

she got tired at me staring at the Gnex, and bought me a Samsung Galaxy S2 Sgh-t989 w/ 4.0.4ICS in it already.
slid my SIM card from my slide phone and it works!

Just need guidance on how to transfer my iTunes music and movies. What software should I get?
What is the max memory I can add.

    No rooting please.
    thanks
