what type of epoxy?

Ok so I'm building a scratchbuilt sff lanbox and I have a dual 120mm swiftech rad that I want to modify. I want to add a fillport/window into The top of the radiator. The end cap on the rad is brass I believe, I've already cut a big rectangle out of it and I plan on securing a 3/8" acrylic block to the end of it with a g1/4" port on it. So I'm planning on drilling a bunch of holes through the existing end cap material and epoxying brass 6-32 nuts under the holes so I have something to bolt into when I secure the acrylic top. What epoxy or resin can you guys recommend that can hold up to distilled water or premix coolant?

Not to be a smart ass or condescending but aren't all epoxies waterproof?

Yeah they are all pretty much waterproof. They do however make marine epoxy, I would choose it in this case: http://www.homedepot.com/buy/loctite...l#.UD5ertaPWbQ

Thanks CrazyNutz, I purchased this Lepage Marine adhesive from home depot and it seems to have worked. I drilled a bunch of holes around the square opening i cut into the rad and secured nuts behind the holes with the adhesive. I was just planning on running a bead of silicon around the edge of the "window" to seal against the acrylic but I found this How to Make Silicon Oring And I also plan on using your oven technique to paint my radiator with white enamel paint. I will post some pics of the rad today or tomorow.
