Yep, very unusual for Corsair. I mean, their lower end kits cost a lot more than kits from other companies with the same ICs and same speed/timing/voltage ratings.

Very true and agreed. I understand the price-premium is suppose to give you better RMA, etc, etc. But really? They charge like $150 for 4x4gb of 1600MHz? Lol. G.SKILL is great prized memory, and has been on par, or even out-done Corsair IMO.
