I don't know the current state of things (didn't see any recent kits) but 2666C11 have always been Hynix.
CFR vs MFR is a good question, I think that they are still CFR but you never know for sure until you try.

Stilt, what do you need CFR for exactly?

I need to try few things on the newer AMD IMCs 15h, Gen 2 & 3.
The timings are completely irrelevant, however the memory must be able to reach high frequencies (2666+) with under 1.725V.
And the modules must be double sided (2Gbit ICs). Double sided modules with 4Gbit ICs would put too much strain on the IMC.

Basically they will serve as GDDR

my fault was thinking 2600 and 2666 c10 are samsung, c11 are not

Darn even Splave seems human after all
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree

How do you think it would play with the 2133 C9 sticks? I see them for a good price and my Impact is in the mail.

Grab them,i see no reason why you will not be sattisfied.Impact has an edge over all boards i played with due to shorter traces. It's a crazy combo, excellent for mini-itx systems and also xtreme-oc

    Thinking about it...

I'd rather get a 16GB kit since it will be my main rig, but we'll see.

I'm quickly reverting to my old ways of having way too many sticks and far too few slots. Sort of like a Navy submarine.

There a few versions. The one with 9-11-10-27 @ 1.5V is the best

Dumo, you think it can run so high on 4960x because they are inefficient chips ?
