THIS stupid crap is what ticks me off the most about apple. They go after small businesses that have absolutely nothing to do with technology. It wasn't that long ago they sued some coffee shop elsewhere also. Suing over round corners is still pretty stupid, but idiocy like this just takes the cake.

That coupled with the slavery to iTunes and the innate iOS quirks (you can't timestamp your SMS individually or get delivery reports unless you jailbreak, just to mention two very basic examples of quirkiness) makes the Android offer much more attractive at the moment.

Is just another endless circle of aggro. Every new release of iOS you have to wait for an untethered JB (I can live tethered on my iPad but on the phone tethered is... inconvenient).

Also the banking and sat TV(Sky) apps I use (to mention some) have JB detection, so is again the "should I update" game (you never know if the update is going to break xCon, and often the publisher disables the older versions so you need to be in the latest version to operate).

Bottom line: too much complication. Android does all what I need out of the box.
