Hi people,
I have had a watercooled system for some time. And since this winter I seriously got interested in vapor phase change cooling. And I after I bought new hardware I fonaly decided to build it.
As I rote? some time passed passed, so, I've found nearly all information I need. But some questions have remained.
1) I found different ways of mounting capillary tube: when it is wrapped around evaporator exit tube, inside exit tube and and just near the evaporator exit tube. As I understood, the worst variant - just near the the tube. But, actually, what wariant is more effective?
2) Next, if variant with capillar inside evaporator exit tube is more effective, where it is better to mount the capillar inside tube - near compressor?
3) I still have no idea, how to prevent sucking out the refrigerant, when the capillar is inside the evaporator exit tupe and all this is mounted to single hole in the evaporator?
4) Also I found opposte opinions about multilayers evaporators. I'm planing to make evaporator with 3 layers - I read, that more layer will not make it any better. So, shall I make this 3 layers or it don't worth it?
I'm plannig to make evaporator similar to this construction, I found this one in evaporator gallery on forum.
Later I will show it for your judgement.
P.S. Anyone knows how chip of i7-3930x is located under the lid and dimensions of the thip?
