I'm running my MVE with a 2600k at 4.6 all auto using CPU LevelUp. My idle temps are running 37-43c. Water colled using a XSPC Raystorm and dual rad. Core voltage is at 1.416 in CPUz even though it's st at 1.3 EVO?

On the old P68 Evga board the temps were about 5 c cooler.

Should I try reseating the WB?

I?m going to buy the Formula V and use watercooling. How much does the mosfetblock inhibit the flow ?

Got a Formula V and a 3770k today Don?t think the mosfetblock reduces the flow that much...

-I use it with no flow loss by using a metal T [side output using 3\8 tube] in the loop passing it into the mosfetblock then backout of the case into the loop with a Y ,running in parallel flow [1\2" + 3\8"] .
I had room to do this because my rads are in the basement[just under the floor] so I had long tube runs in the case , the T went in after the last gpu/block in the case , the Y went in the loop just out side the case just before the QDC .
-even if it only gets 20% of the flow it's still removes some heat from my office , main reason for the external rads.

    I bought my MVF and i5 3570k 2 days ago, after i fried my R4E and my i7 3930k

The MVF is very stable and super easy to OC, detect my 4 slots 16GB from the first boot, no issues at all

welcome to the MVF club , nice start there , but you haven't seen nothing yet , with a good bios and the correct settings you can push that chip way far and stable

Must be a bug in the 1501 bios.
No matter what I try IEST seems to still be enabled!
CPU Core speed @ idle is 1600 MHz.
Going back to 1408 and see what that does.

Hey guys I just bought a 3770K to replace my 950. I currently have 3x4GB 1600 sticks. Are they ok to use on this board or should I go with something different? I'm open to any ideas. Thanks!
