Many thanks to you all for your wonderful words on my birthday. We had a lovely day. One daughter made the world's best lasagna, another tossed a delicious salad and another made a strawberry/blueberry desert. Toss in some crisp Italian bread and a bottle of Asti Spumante. Voila, gourmet dinner at our house today. My granddaughter's golden retriever begged for crumbs......not that there were many.
