Space disappearing on my SSD? Disreptancy between "Used" space and "actual" usage

What the heck is going on here?

Hibernation is disabled.
Sleep is disabled.
Indexing is disabled.
Ran full virus and malwarebytes scans.
System restore set to bare minimum.

There is a discrepancy of almost 20GB, and I would like to know what the hell is taking up that space

Enable viewing of hidden files and folders, as well as system files.

Organize -> Folder and search options -> View

Altho you have disables hibernation, there is a good chance Windows has already created a hiber file as a hidden file on C. Here's a great tweak that adds 'toggle hidden files' to your rt clk context menu here.

To directly disable hibernate AND delete the hiber file:

In an elevated command prompt, type "powercfg -h off" without the quotes ofc.
