Two thing I need some help with :

I have a Black Ice GTX Xtreme radiator mounted in the top of my Cosmos S. There are three 120x20mm Yate Loon D12SM-12C in a pull config and three cheap Rosewill 120x25mm red LED fans under in a push config, I want to replace the Rosewill fans as they are super loud. Does anyone have a suggestion on some nice QUIET fans to use in this configuration and any input on the weather the 120x20mm fans are actually worthwhile would be as well.

I have a Swiftech Apogee GTz, Swiftech NBMAX, 18w DDC + XSPC top, res, and a Black Ice GTX Xtreme in my loop. I am cooling a i7 920 @ 4GHz/1.25v (c0/c1) and the Northbridge. I want to add a GTX285 Hydro Copper to the loop, is this too much restriction/heat for the current setup? Should I add additional radiators or pumps?
