Ok, I might simply be forgetting something here but in a nutshell I have my P-States set up so (according to nibitor) P3 is 0.925v (I have custom 2D clocks), 1.025v for P7, while P12 and P15 are set for 1.125v. To my understanding, that means 2D voltage is 0.925v, Blueray / DVD playback voltage is 1.025v, while throttle / 3D clocks are 1.125v. The thing is nvidia inspector while apparently using the P7 state (I have dual monitors) reports the voltage as being 1.125v. Naturally, I don't want all that voltage running through the card. Heres a screenshot to make things clearer.
So... everybody is as confused as I am over this? I'll try editing a older vBIOS I have for my card with FBE instead of nibitor and see if it does the same thing, And yes, the reason I haven't used FBE with this newer vBIOS for my card is simply that FBE doesn't recognise it, just says "unrecognised device" with everything greyed out when I try opening the file.
Nevermind I figured it out. What appears to be throttle clocks aren't throttle clocks at all, they are a seperate speed profile for if you are using dual monitors.
