Same here (Australia). Is eastern US still there?
    No WCG homepage - nothing.
At least Fugger usually manages to plug his netbook or whatever into his internet feed to send out a simple status text message when the XS servers are offline.

Better hope that your work units don't get lost. I had a bunch get lost one time on a deal like this. Site was down. Came back up and computers reported a bunch of work then site went back down. When it came back up again we found out that all work reported during that short up time had been lost.

I wouldn't mind betting that things buckled under the load of a hundred thousand desperate users hitting "update" all at once when they first came back up.

So IBM have paid their electricity & ISP bills.
    More downs & ups than a yo-yo.
Must be a huge server load taking in all the backed-up files of results in our queues. I think they're supposed to dribble in as their back-off/retry times expire, but I selected all in the BOINC Transfers tab and hit "Retry now"

Last time I could upload was about 9 am Pacific time. I tried restarting rigs, no luck. My internet connection is good. I get a "server maintenance" type error in the event log.

    Bob
