This morning (UK time) I have a long queue of units to be transferred to WCG. Checked the website but got an error, looks like they are down or there is a network / Internet issue.
How about you guys ?

No WCG homepage - nothing.
At least Fugger usually manages to plug his netbook or whatever into his internet feed to send out a simple status text message when the XS servers are offline.
Down it appears to be. Hmm!
I wonder what's up.
...
Besides the site.
...
coz that's down

There are no news from wcg on facebook or twitter. Hope they get it up soon. I'm running low on wu's.

Better hope that your work units don't get lost. I had a bunch get lost one time on a deal like this. Site was down. Came back up and computers reported a bunch of work then site went back down. When it came back up again we found out that all work reported during that short up time had been lost.
The site is still up but the communication servers are down.

I wouldn't mind betting that things buckled under the load of a hundred thousand desperate users hitting "update" all at once when they first came back up.
[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
So IBM have paid their electricity & ISP bills.
More downs & ups than a yo-yo.
Must be a huge server load taking in all the backed-up files of results in our queues. I think they're supposed to dribble in as their back-off/retry times expire, but I selected all in the BOINC Transfers tab and hit "Retry now"
You can select just one and hit Retry now, it does them all

Last time I could upload was about 9 am Pacific time. I tried restarting rigs, no luck. My internet connection is good. I get a "server maintenance" type error in the event log.
My office PC finally uploaded everything and downloaded a bunch. Back running.
