Those spec. on a daily use configuration which are more than enough for every gaming pc. As shown in the pictures they use Hynix "BFR" IC which are quite common in the new generation memory. In this case i suppose they are pretty binned to match the rated specs.

Pretty stable.....and T1 Right ? I just set the VccSA and DRam Voltages, all the rest on Auto. But i think that 11 11 11 is not so nice to see........LOL, so wanna check if is possible to tight a little the timing:
