Look for Side Side Card Cooler

I was reading CPU Magazine and noticed this computer build had a unique video card cooler. It's placed on the side panel side of the 2 video cards to help cool it. It looks like it connects to the brackets for your video card using those thumb screws. Anyone know where I can get one of these? I've seen them before in magazines but I've yet to be able to find one. Is there a specific name for them? Every time I try finding video car coolers, I always find the ones that take up a whole PCI card slot. I'm looking for something to be placed on the side of the video cards without hampering the SLI/Crossfire connector.

Here's the page with the type of cooler I'm looking for.

Pretty sure Velocity cases are rebadged Lian Li cases. LL has similar accessories on their website though I'm sure that they had more models in the past including one with adjustable fan position.
