Windows Sidebar Gadget for Creative X-Fi based sound cards.

Hey guys, been a while since ive been on here, but since I remember how cool the community here was, I thought id like to share with you, that Ive developed a windows sidebar gadget specifically for capable X-Fi based sound cards.

Its main function is to quickly change modes, entertainment, game, and audio creation, as well and changing your speaker settings from Headphones to 7.1, with easy quick clicks.

I decided to make this after alot of frustration on the creative software. Basicly, the automode switcher doesnt work on windows 7 x64 pc's and some if not most X-Fi based sound cards. If you own an X-Fi you will already know what a pain it is to swap between modes on the fly.

Anyways... the gadget is mostly finished, I just need some people to test it on other configurations other than my own. Im running an Auzentech Forte 7.1, windows 7 x64, the latest PAX 4.75 modded driver set, and I do have the creative THX console installed. So if you up and willing to help me test this, id really appreciate it. Hopefully soon Ill have a tested and stable release up for download, and yes it will be free.

Here a little teaser so far... and if you want to keep up to date to the progress, then feel free to stop by the Blog I made for the gadget

Quick update. v1.0.0.2 of X-Fi Sidebar Mode Changer Gadget is available for download.
Its not a big update, but a recommended one.

    Fix log:
Mute button wasn't updating properly if the system was muted via other methods. It will now update properly.

I recommend that you update your X-Fi Sidebar Mode Changer Gadget to v1.0.0.2

Damn, this would've been awesome when I was using my Titanium HD... Drivers started crapping themselves after working perfectly for about a year.
