Upgrade halfway done, now just a little more... lol

Well, I just got in the major components for my upgrade:
Asus Sabertooth X79 motherboard
Intel i7 3930K Cpu
Cooler Master TPC 812 Cooler
Corsair Vengeance 32GB Ram Kit (1600MHz)

Issues: RAM --> After new install, must use the "Mem-OK" button on motherboard to load failsafe timings for the RAM @ 1333MHz, after BIOS update on the mobo to latest, am now running custom timings @ 1605MHz according to the motherboard. Less latency than the 1600 default timings though.

Next parts: Video card and undecided on PSU.
Currently, reusing a Cooler Master 650W (RS-650-ACAA-A1) and my Radeon HD 4870 1GB. I am pretty set on the 7950 as the price difference to the 7970 doesn't justify the performance gains, and, I can always add another 7950 later. Thinking of the Twin Frozr III version by MSI. Will the power supply I am using handle the 7950? Specs in sig.
