So I was more moderate with only max 1.8VHere I am with some results with 2400 C9 kit and full banks (16 GB):
SPI32M and bandwidth 2548 9-11-11-31 1T 1.75V
I don't know why but screens with freq 2666 are corruptedOnly good one is 2600 10-12-12-31 1T 1.75V but it was SPI32M stable also with 2666 10-12-12-31 1T and 1.75V...so 2400 C9 kit is I would say quite worse than 2666 C10
//EDIT: need Ivy with better IMC because it's hard to make stable 2666 MHz...I can try also this OC again on Maximus V Extreme on tuesday
//EDIT2: also found weird thing...SPD in CPU-Z says that XMP profile is 9-12-12 but on memories there is written 9-11-11
Nice! Wow. Only 1.65V? What about max stability?

Wow those Platinum 2400C9 are stronger than my Vengeance 2400C9. My chip can do 2800 but those will need more than 1.65v for 11-13-13.

It surprised me too...not too much worse than 2666C10 with CL9 and CL10...but for 2800 no way with 10-12-12 only 11-13-13 works for stable running
It's so so stable but Prime 95 no problem...and I was running almost all day with 2800C11
Hello
The Corsair Platinum 4x4Go 2400 C9 are OK with X79?
It is stable h24 (with a 3930K for example) with Prime95, OCCT or LinX?
Thanks
Sorry for my english

It will depend on your CPU's IMC. I'm not having any issues running my 2400C9 Trident X on X79.

your TridentX (16GB?) 2400 C9 are stable h24
What voltage for VTT, VCCSA and Vdimm?
Thanks

I wanted some Platinums but didn't want to pay the big $$$ for the higher end kits so I grabbed two of the 2x4GB 2133C9 kits from Micro Center. I had been testing some Team 2400C9@2666C10 1.65v on my MVE so I just swapped them out without changing any of the BIOS settings. Surprisingly, the Platinums booted just fine. Intrigued, I decided to press my luck and run Super Pi 32M.
WHAT.
THE.
FORNICATION.
How the heck did some lowly 2133C9 bin of Samsung pass those settings at a voltage lower than my 2400C9 rated Vengeance?!?!?

You were simply lucky. Usually, 2133C9 Platinums are Hynix CFR.
2133C9 1.5v Platinums are Samsung

Indeed. It's the 2133C9 1.65v kits that are Hynix: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16820233338 (Note that the revision is 5.12)
I knew mine were Samsung when I got them, Version 4.13 plain as day printed on the stickers.

HCH9 or HYK0 ?
They can do 2666 C9?
And 2800 C10 Super Pi 32M stable?

These are HCH9. I haven't tried pushing them tighter, I seriously doubt they'll do 2666 C9 or 2800 C10.

Interesting to note that your module has a mix of week 210 & week 213 ICs.
In memory of Gracie, my sweet, sweet wife and mother of my children. Darling, we will miss you dearly. May you rest in peace (born to this world on March 30, 1976; went to her Heavenly Father on Good Friday, April 22, 2011).

I stand corrected, thank you
(it's just that Corsair's resellers frequently mix the voltage rating and/or "A"s and "B"s in the part numbers so you never know what you're going to get )Why not? If they do 1333MHz CL10 at 1.65V this means that the IC quality is far from worst so 1333 CL9 and 1400 CL10 is only a question of voltage.
I guess I'm babying these sticks. Though you're probably right TaPaKaH, they probably will go far if I put more volts into them (1.70v+). This is just a standard 2400 C9 run.
