hello everyone, hope this is the right place for my questions. need some help with voltages and GTL's haha

my system

Q8200 revision RO
GA-EP45-EXTREME
Corsair CM2X2048-8500C5C (2x2gb)
ATI 6870
Water cooling on CPU and NB

i am currently OC at 500x7 stable, this is after

in prime95;
12 hour small ftt
9 hour large ftt
9 hour blend

150 pass maximum setting in IBT

what i need help with now is bringing the voltages down as much as i can but this easier said than done. the settings i post below are my current settings. i have lower Vcore as much as i can and still be stable. i would like to lower the VTT but below 1.4 will eventually freeze the PC. i have not tried lowering the MCH/NB yet.

and just some general questions before i post my setting, is it true Vcore should be more than VTT and VTT more than MCH in voltage settings?

Can i realy lower my VTT, CPU and NB voltages by tweaking the GTL references?
