internet connection need some guidence....

w764bit all windows updates included or w7IE not starting from IE64bit
DSL: 5.0 download, 0.63 upload
IE 9.0 installed
ms security essentials installed
except all cookies
updated to new intel driver already for my motherboard


sometimes when im on IE9 and i click on raod runner or something else i see the little windows circle turning but it stops and i have to click on it again or 3 times wait and then it goes to site.
it seems like its STALLING ....give me some answers or solutions please....

do you have the same result with another browser like chrome. have you tried unplugging your dsl router for a minute or so?
