I think this inductors are what ever value but nh not uh...121uh is too big for gfx card
I have one ref. 8800 gt with vitec inductors 59P9011 http://www.viteccorp.com/data/af3900.pdf
but the most ref. 8800 gt have the same inductors like 8800 ultra

Oops actually I was wrong. It's 120uh not 121uh.

first two digits are the value. last digit is the multiplier so it's 12x10x1 = 120uh;
