Not sure about size. Individually sleeved looks best IMO so the smallest size is probably the most important.
Color... there is a saddening lack of Olive Drab. White, blue, red, black, orange, grey, green.
Don't care about flexibility. I thought I would but then I used the NZXT cables which are super stiff and that didn't seem to pose any issues at all.
Full coverage for sure.
I'd love to see more widely available connectors. SATA and molex connectors with pin sets so the sleeving can be crimped under the pin and avoid using shrink wrap.
