    GPUGrid workers crashing frequently

    Is this happening for anybody else? Frequently when I have been coming home from work I see the "acemd.win.2352 has stopped working" message on my desktop, and I have to click through 2 or more of them. I tried upping the voltage a bit, worried that my cards have gone unstable (GTX 470, x2), but it still happened today. Was jut wondering if this has been happening more frequently for everyone or I just have something going wrong. I could try removing the SWAN_SYNC variable. Also note my CPU (HT enabled) and GPU are running stock, except for upped voltage to 1025mv on the cards.

    nvidia 295/296 drivers are crashing CUDA applications after the monitor is powered off by Windows and then a new CUDA task tries to start

    will disable monitor power-off and give a report tomorrow!

    I think that was the problem. No crashes today when disabling monitor sleeping.

    I had similar crashing problems as well.
    I also used to run the GPU always and it didn't really affect anything but recently everything is starting to crawl I tried reinstalling Boinc but with no success. I have to disable GPU while the computer is in use otherwise it is barely usable. WCG seems ok running while the computer is in use but not GPU grid.
    Thanks=[Pulsar]=

    It may be a driver problem as well, my 2nd rig freezes up when I use VNC to connect to it, I have to use BoincTasks to pause the GPU before I connect with VNC. Too lazy to go back to 290 drivers so I just put up with it :P

    Anyone running the 301.42 drivers ... I thought the "sleeping" issue was fixed?
    IIRC we no longer need SWAN_SYNC, I'm pretty sure it is no longer even recommended

    I'm pretty sure that's correct. I know I don't use it on the 570...
