Yeah didn't notice that until I posted, its actually 20 for the run. I setup the screen, took a picture with my phone since it would occasionally crash while taking a screen and forgot to save a screen before I started setting up for the next run. Set tRAS to 18 to test for the next run then realized I forgot to save the screen and went back to do it but forgot to change it back in memset.

I also haven't seen psc run 1327MHz tRAS 18, crashed as soon as I hit apply

I think we should keep the same format for haswell 32m

    5ghz +/- 3mhz
    Use Super Pi Mod v1.5
aida64 cache and memory benchmark - run this after sp32m for obvious reasons.
cpuz: cpu tab + memory tab + motherboard tab
Memory utilities: Asus MemtweakIt! and or Gigabyte TweakLauncher Or MSI Control Center, Asrock and Biostar

I've had loads of fun with this thread & would 100% be in for a 32M challenge thread with Haswell @ any clock or format.

IMO the original format was great when only your best score was shown. I do however very much like the idea of every score/ic/chip variant, ability etc having a place which would also be great for comparison like the current format is.

Maybe have a top ten & then all posts including few too many MHz, lack of proper screen etc taking up the rest of the page. Perhaps first post is the challenge 2nd post for everything else idk.....

That would have been my question. Should we stick with 5 GHz or switch to something a bit lower, like 4.5 GHz?

I thought Splave might want to use his thread for Haswell, or I'll make a new one for Haswell with the same format as this one.

    That will be awesome Don

Honda City's original thread was good because it eliminated unnecessary post and rank the best timing from each peep with periodic updates. Simple, easy to read and to find particular info.

5Ghz +/- 3Ghz or up/down will make submissions uniformed. As long as limitation set then it will be ok.

No time limit for submission? Probably until next gen. cpu release

    Just my 2C

    TaPaKaH - 6:18.390 - 50x100 - 1300MHz - 7-10-7-24 - M5G 0086 - 2x2Gb PSC 1.92V - cpu air, mem -50

I must have done something wrong with the OS since my last loop is constistently 13.4-13.5s whereas everyone else has it under 13s at same sort of speeds.

back in the days where lower timings where better, and runs would fail instead of being slow when too tight,,,,,, sigh
