If you ever come across this. Reboot while Android phone hooked up in sync/disc drive/pass thru/charge mode (might only be some android phones) , you system will try to boot however it will stall. Once your phone is removed, it will continue to boot. Just FYI for anyone that comes across a system that stalls for that reason.
