Help choosing between these 2 x79 boards please!

going to start my new build soon, and just trying to gather some needed info.. I have a budget for my next motherboard of 250-280$ and i think i've narrowed my choices down too one of these 2 boards..... Asus P9X79 or the Asrock extreme6 or extreme7.. Can someone please tell me which board might serve my purpose beter? My goal is the reach a OC with a 3820 of around 4.7ish 4.8Ghz would be awesome tho. Not looking for anything crazy, just something to tinker with and eventually have 2 7950's or 2 gtx670's to game with... Any input would be outstanding, and thanks

    **EDIT**

Adding the Gigabyte UD5 X79 motherboard to my list too, really liking the reviews of this board!.....

Of the choices given, I would have to go with the Asus board. I have an Asus X79, its been very stable at 4.8ghz.

I also tried an Intel DX79TO for around 200.00 . Up to 4.8ghz it has also been an awesome board. It clocks the 3930k at 4.8ghz with very low vcore also very stable. It has no HS for the vrm's so I added some mosfet sinks to help cool it. It doesnt have some of the bells and whistles that more expensive boards have, but for the price I have no complaints.

As above - I have Asus X79 with 3930K @ 4.8. P9X79Pro IMO is a very stable board with a great price tag and no B***Sh** features your not gonna need for 24/7 use. I do have the EK mosfet waterblock tho and that keeps things much cooler than the stock heatsink.
I think any you choose will be fine for 4.5 - 4.8 OC though so go for price or best RMA/customer service

What did you end up buying?

All of those boards will do what you want, the only oddity that I know is the lack of BCLK Strap selection on the ASROCK, it does adjust it but you cannot do so manually, it does it automatically when you hit 100/125/166/250.
