HD7870, Any way to mod clocks and voltage in bios?

Hi all, as above really, had a 4850 which I wound the clocks up in RBE years ago so i didn't need any software running as I like a clean system and it worked a treat.
Is there any way to do the same with the 7870 without having CCC, Trixx ect running in the background?
    Cheers.

Not any easy way. RBE/ATI WinFlash need to be updated before that can happen.

Clocks can be modded with a hex editor (I did that for my 7770 and 7850 cards). I don't know how to edit voltage though.

How did you recalculate the encryption hash?
Or did you not use any drivers?

If you are talking about digital signature check performed by the driver, which prevented modding of the 68X0/69X0 bios, then I have news for you. There is no such check for 7000 series.

Care to explain more which values need to be edited in BIOS. I want to permanently flash my card to 1350/1500MHz (did hardware Vgpu mod)
