My best chip out of 5 has the following details:
    L206A975 #4070
    It will do 4500 4/8 with 1,17v Prime and 5000 2/2 32m at about 1,34v.
Under LN2 it can do 6600 on M4E-Z, but propably limited by 59 multiplier. Will test this chip on M5F again, as soon as i get one of this boards.

finally got my chip to 4.8 ghz
after fixing the IHS TIM problem. i used AS5 between cpu and ihs and the ihs and my true, i hear there's better things out to use now, so i may try switching it out to see if i cant improve temps a bit more, would be nice to stay 80* or below.

Also, does anyone else' chips have one cpu core that runs drastically cooler than the rest?

took 1.38 v, might take a bit less, but going by what alot of ppl are saying i get 1.265v for 4.6ghz, so i just went ahead and added .12v more for the extra 200 mhz and it seemed to work. got up to 87* over night though, so i'm probably going to just clock it back down to 4.6

    here's a shot of prime, 9.5 hrs

Alright guys... I'm at a loss here. This is the only way I can get my i5 stable. I set the vcore to ANYTHING in BIOS and it makes no difference, it seems to automatically set itself to 1.4v+, with no obvious setting to..disable that behaviour. Using a Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H.

My 3570K must be one of the earliest ones because I have yet to see an older batch.
    Malay
    Batch# L151B877

What's strange is that I ordered it from Newegg on June 27 and received it a few days ago. Perhaps they had some of old stock (earlier batches) buried under the newer arrivals, dunno.

Does anyone else have an early batch like mine; if so, what are your test results? I'm still waiting for the M5F to come in stock so while I have everything else I still don't have the mb.

Use 4 Threads in Linx for proper results.

How do you define a proper?
I knew it's more stressful than 8T but the main purpose I'm running LinX is mainly to find an efficient vcore stable for 24/7
So I don't think running LinX 4T only while setting 8T in bios is a good idea. It serves no purpose.

That's why four Threads in Linx is better than 8.
Otherwise you can use Prime95 x64 ver.27.7 on In-place large FFTs for at least 3 hours. On my Ivy find errors, which LinX couldn't get.

Same as mine, doesn't seem to be great to say the least. Needs 1.29V for 4.6GHz and 1.35V for 4.7GHz. Can boot at 5G but won't make it into Windows no matter the voltage. Pretty sure Malay chips are much better.

    Hows the imc?

Heres 3218B957. Imc is good, but is a barn burner, it needs 1.45V for 5Ghz..

That sure is a nice chip. Either yours is very good or mine is just bad. From what i've seen Malay are the better chips in general. Wanna swap cpu's?

I'm not really sure about IMC, still testing... These speeds are new for me, still learning. Not even sure if my memory can handle 2700+.

Which chips are on your RAM? I'm looking all over for guidelines on latencies for such high speeds.

    BTW, very good IMC.

Well, I think I'll pass this time.
