Best RAM for Maximus IV Extreme Z

Hi there. I am fairly new to this and in the past six months built my first gaming PC. Here are my specs before I get too far into my question:
Maximus IV Extreme Z
i7-2600K
2 X EVGA GTX 590's
2 X 240 GB SSD's (operating system)
1 X 2 TB HDD (storage)
16 GB Kingston Hyper-X RAM
1200W PSU

I want to know what is the best RAM for this setup. As for needs...I love to game at the highest settings, but I also really love to benchmark and push my system as far as I can. I have two water cooling loops. One for the CPU and one for both GPU's. Each loop is running on triple XSPC rads. The memory I have so far is 1600, but it doesn't seem to run any faster than 1333. I'm sure there is a way around this but as I said, I'm fairly new to this, especially to overclocking memory. Any and all help and suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
