I have a MSI Z77 GD65 running the latest BIOS with lucid enabled in conjuction with my SLI setup. Is it alright to have my motherboard hit 50°c? My PC is overclocked with turbo set to 4.6ghz (2500k) but all voltages are set to auto.

You need to be a bit more specific. A screenshot of all your temps under load would be handy.
