MSI HD7850 Twin Frozr card length

Is there anyone with this card that can actually verify it's true length?

MSI's site says it's 197mm. But I have a nagging feeling that it's a bit longer than this due to the fan shroud protuding beyond the length of the PCB.
Is it 197mm to the end of the PCB ?, or 197mm to the end of the shroud?

I'm looking at this for a very tight squeeze m-itx build, so if anyone can actually give me the proper dimensions it will be much appreciated.
A shot of the card next to a ruler/tape would be fantastic, if possible Although absolutely not required (just the correct length needed)
