If it finishes SP32M, it's either stable or just a voltage bump / small timing tweak away from being perfectly stable.

Unfortunately these sticks are with a friend right now. I'll try to remember to run that for you whenever they get back. Not sure when that will be though.
yes i know mate its just a saying as each overclocker finds his own methods for testing stability, in my case i like benching but i like game heavy games, and lots of times i passed prime or linx or whatever and games fails, due to various reasons, so i found some ways of saving me the path to lot of crashes and one of them is memtest

    cheers !

Can you retest with max mem selected plz. Seems similar to my kit 2800c11-14-14 but no C11-13-13 possible...
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree

Came into a pair of 2600C10s, double sided, seem to be samsung. Hell of a lot better then the single sided 2400s I tried.

Didn't require any crazy volts either, seemed to be the end of the IMC.

1.7v seems to be normal for Samsung 30nm to do 1200MHz 9-11-11. I'm more impressed with the Ripjaws being able to do 9-11-10. I'm guessing yours are BFR as I don't think I've ever seen results from CFR being able to do C9 at 1200MHz.

My RipZ 2400C9 is black stick BFR

Worked @ 1.65v in quad on my X79 rig

Dunno why it needs 1.7v on Z77 dual channel
Worse thing is it can't stable at 2600 11-13-13, 12-14-14 with whatever timing profile

To those working with timings on this kit, remember tRCD is this kit's Achilles heel - it does NOT like that timing tightened.

Keeping it at 13 (or loosening it to 14 if going well over 2666) should unlock the MHz, or at least not require additional voltage ~2,400.

Still, those are some nice sticks to even boot at 9-11-10 1200MHz. Have to be BFR, I haven't gotten a single CFR stick to even boot at those settings.

Had another go with this kit tonight.

When I use XMP profile it sets tWCL 9, which I had set manually to 8, because thats what I have been using with other kits. Looking through the screens posted, some are using tWCL8, like Dumo, and are able to pass 32m at default vdimm. I left it at tWCL9 tonight and was able to run 32m with no problems, efficiency is not so good, for benching it is useless, but for screenshot purposes it looks nice as long as you leave the secondary timings out of the screen

Are the secondary timings on all these 2666 TridentX kits flashed identical for XMP, or is it possible kits with different ic's are flashed according to the ic used? I think this setting is the determining factor as to weather you got a good kit, or an average one.

I thought these findings were relevant to the thread since some have gotten 4Gbit Hynix ICs on their TridentX 2666 kits: http://www.ocaholic.ch/xoops/html/mo...mid=802&page=3

^Very good looking kit, like the new look.

There are a lot of nice kits around, the TeamXtreem LV2400-2600 kits have been very consistent. A lot of good results posted with them.

Running 32m now with them at 2700+mhz 10-12-12-21-1T at 1.67v. On loop 11 now, will see if they pass.
