I recently upgraded my motherboard and CPU from my phenom II X4 945 to an IvyBridge based system. Now either my system hard locks and loses display, or shuts down, or just spits out the following blue screen:
I even re-installed windows for the new system, I also have tried 12.3 drivers and 12.4 drivers. If I disable CFX then I can run anything 3d related, otherwise the above problems.Problem signature:

Anybody have any ideas?
Also, the system appears to be stable as I left it overnight folding and as previously said, I can bench without a problem with CFX disabled. Currently using latest official 12.4 drivers.
