I want to upgrade my RAM. But I am not sure which one I should get.

I7 920 D0 (stable @ 4GHz)
e760 3x-sli classified (141-BL etc)
5870 1GB Sapphire
Corsair HX 1000W
Corsair Dominator TR3x6G1600C8D 8-8-8-24 This is 3x 2GB sticks - 6GB total. DDR3.
Corsair 800D
MB, GPU & CPU are liquid cooled with EK water blocks.
Do you have any suggestions?
Does it have to be triple channel? Or can I get Quad channel?

if you're buying new, i wouldnt buy anything less than quad channel. means its able to be kept for future upgrades, runs on 1155, 2011 or AM3, depending on how you go about upgrading.
