Thumbs up Let's Raise the Roof

On our daily points. Anyone looking to upgrade or add more cores? Got a Facebook, Twitter or Myspace or just an email account? Start recruiting! Get the word out that what we are doing over here is making a difference in the world around us.

I know Super Computer week is coming up but I'd like to see that average keep climbing. Our daily output has been hovering around the 15mil mark.

Currently we are battling Marist College for 3rd place in daily numbers. If we just bump up the output a little, we can have a nice, steady spot there after Team 2ch.

Let's kick it up a notch Team Xtreme!!

My 3 best rigs are down with various issues. I should have them going by the weekend. When is SC week? Should we do another hardware giveaway?

I have a 3x2gb set of ddr3 for anyone who can use it to get another cruncher going. It's patriot, nothing too exciting, but it works. I'll post the model number tonight. Free to team members, gotta have points, outside of CONUS and you pay shipping, you know the drill...

Alright. Then maybe we should change the direction of this thread to prepping for the coming SC week. I think first week of May is normal. Will have to ping s_b or MM.

Seems like people are gearing up. I'd say start putting crunchers online in the next couple of weeks then. Give them a week or two to settle out.

So when is the next SC and what are we doing to get ready for it?

For me it looks like its time to dust off the Arima Super Monsters and see if I can get them to boot in time for SC week.
