    format for usb3 flash drive?

Curious to know what the general consensus is on what are the best settings to use when formating a new usb stick?

Fat or NTFS, Allocation =1024, etc.

No special usage here just moving files from one pc to others...sometimes films or docs or ssheets ...a little of everything

Although mostly everyone else I know has usb2 I want to take best advantage of the newer speeds available

NTFS. FAT32 has a 4 GB file size limitation, so you won't be able to copy anything larger than 4.00 GB.
