    Techpowerup seized by ICE

    Try going to http://www.techpowerup.com

You will see the same thing that has been put on megaupload.com.

Has anyone been able to find out why techpowerup was seized?

OP's link worked (went to techpowerup site) but this one, not so much! http://www.techpowerup.com/162874/Aq...ter-Block.html

It did seem like an odd link to have a copyright violation on

I hate online April Fools day, it really should be banned from the internet as it simply does not work here.

It's entire objective for online use is

    1) piss off a bunch of viewers, many who will just delete you from their bookmarks in contempt

    2) even webadmins who put this stuff up will not get a single laugh at what they've done and will just facepalm at their lameness later if they do remember.

Also thinking about it, I've witness so many horridly unfunny jokes on april fools, that the few times i do see something with some effort its automatically tainted by association.

At least these guys have the right date, lots of people and companies need to buy a calendar as they've been doing April fools for the last 3 or so weeks.

FFS, not another site shut down
I used to use Megaupload for a lot of legitimate and legal file activity (they actually offered a very fast file transfer service), and often read Techpowerup reviews.
    This is a disgrace
So much for Freedom of Speech and Expression of creativity on the internet, yet another site falls to the oppression of corporate censorship on the internet.
