Are these as efficient as the reviews say? Power wise cause looking at the reviews it seems like my 620 watt psu would be able to handle it

Lower memory frequency and tighten timings will help physics great score though still, very nice scaling in sli

While I was fleshing out all of my GTX 680's to find which was the best over-clocker I found out I have a beast card. I always wondered why this card all the way at the end in my 4-way SLI config operated so much cooler than the others. It is crazy efficient.

1328 MHz core, 3580 MHz memory at stock voltage! Also EVGA Scanner X and OCCT stable at these frequencies. My other three GTX 680's would top out around 1240-1260 MHz core when used on their own.

This core is so efficient it idles at 18 C! Anyone else see clocks like these? It will make a nice single GPU for my new mini-build.

Yup, confirmed with GPU-Z and tools like EVGA Scanner.

    How could you tell that?

Guys, I don't see many of you going for water cooling, but does anyone know which water blocks work best on these? Does the cooler split like a 580 so I can leave the backing plate on and use a VGA-Supreme?

Splave - great work as always.

Because I saw Vega's video and I know Heaven Benchmark.

When you got artefacts like that, that means you're at limit and need to put some voltages more.

    Nooooo nooooo...

Today I tested my new toys.
First one 1325Mhz (with boost) no problem.
Second one ONLY 1200 (with boost)
    This is not happening

I will try to flash BIOS from the first card. Probably will not help. But...
How can i flash BIOS? Is the procedure the same as on the GTX4xx, 5xx?

    yes.

nvflash name.rom. If you need to force a bios with another ID use -4 -5 -6 before the name.
