Pages keep stalling when loading - "Connecting to bookmark-tag.info"

Every page I open here loads up 99%, then sits there and my browser says "connecting to bookmark-tag.info" for a while, then the connection times out and the page finishes loading. What is this weird bookmark tag info thing? Whatever it is, it doesn't work

Aye! Having the same issue here :S

Firefox doesn't mind much, but Opera keep stalling in some threads, and of course the only thing it blocks in Quick reply/Advanced mode... ^^
