The aim is to achieve the maximum overclocking perctentage. To do this applicants must run CPU-Z on their rig at home at stock speed, then again once they have the OC set to MAX. Screenshots showing both Stock and OC speeds must be attached to the entry form or validation links submitted to hardwareheaven.
