i know this is an old thread, but....
does anyone get gray/black+white stripe screen with greater than 1.6 ~ 1.65v ??
also, colder than -70c and it starts to flicker black screen every 1 or 2 seconds..
using no-ocp ln2 bios from msi

i know this is an old thread, but....

thats normal, if your doing it right you will have a black screen, sometimes adding AUX will allow more cold to the card.
I usually go around -110c 1.68v but depends on card ofcourse.

Gray/black+white screen I get when card is not cold enough.

hmm i thought 1900 was a "normal" result for 1.7v. not much experience with 7970's (only have 1 and its not even a lightning)

thats besides the point i guess... just wanted to chime in the artmoney hack works with 7970 as well. if anybody wants, i have saved a file that relates directly to vcore on afterburner 2.2.0 if anybody is interested

Can you please direct me to this file? I would love to go above 1.35v as my lightning's droop pretty bad (.07-.08 under load).

Does anyone else have experience with this?
