finally can i play my game without limits!!!!

Just a heads up...the software has to be activated within 30 days. On my board Asrock Extreme7 Gen3 it won't activate I set the date ahead 31 days and it no longer works.
Thats what Lucid sez so ya it appears everyone cept P67 is OKVirtu MVP
Uncompromised Game Response Performance
At Lucid, we believe there shouldn't be a tradeoff between frame rates and visual quality. We think that when you click the mouse it should interact with the screen instantaneously. So we created the ultimate competitive weapon. Virtu MVP, is an optimized Lucid Virtu GPU virtualization software that makes your PC look better, respond faster, process video and media smoother, all within a low power environment.
Designed for the next generation of Intel Sandy Bridge Z68/H67/H61 and other Intel integrated graphics as well as many AMD processor-based notebooks, all in one PCs and desktop motherboards, Virtu MVP has many of the same features as the popular Virtu software, but with a twist – the addition of the optional Hyperformance™ feature for intelligent reduction of redundant rendering tasks in the flow between the CPU, GPU and display. Together with improved power management, Virtu MVP:
Boosts responsiveness to the game at any frame rate
Improves gaming frame rates 30-70%
Increases Vsync frame rates – up to 120 FPS and beyond
Sharpens visual quality without tearing
Works seamlessly with hundreds of game stations
How Hyperformance Works
3D games put the greatest demands on both the CPU and GPU. And as the race for higher performance on the PC and now in notebooks never ends, both CPUs and GPUs keep getting more robust. Despite this, display refresh rates have remained fairly flat over the years, 60-75 Hz, except for 3D stereo displays at 120Hz. Lucid takes advantage of this disparity and eliminates redundant rendering tasks and predicts potential synchronization issues in the graphics delivery pipeline and intelligently removes and or replaces them for better game control.

I think that it will not work well in DX11 games because HD 3000 is DX 10.1. So DX10 IGP + DX11 GPU?
In synthetic benchmarks, DX10, DX9 will work somehow but in DX11 i don't think so.
Even though 3dmark11 seems to work...but
IB IGP will be DX11 so no problems there.
http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=359795Well many of us were testing it at overclock.net and it seemed to favor benchmarks rather than actual game tests. We didn't see much improvements in games though we tried the same benchmark they used on the youtube video and got similar results. You can also tell by the programs they list on the control panel that they have most of 3dmark benchmarks and in game benchmarks as supported so have to wait till official release or future updates to see if they actually improve anything. The idea behind it is good but so far we haven't really seen actual concrete improvements, only on benchmarks

Almost 5hgz , air.
Noticed this too; not really seeing any benefit at all to be honest. As expected virtual vsync is causing all kinds of weird flickering/stuttering; dont really care for it. I had high hopes based on what some members were saying here but so far this looks like a gimick at best.
Especially if they plan on asking people to "buy" the software

Yeah, I'm not paying for what should be free. Assinine move on part of intel to license it with only new chipsets.
Sig is under construction
I wouldnt mind buying a liscense if it worked; so far I'm not seeing anything too impressive. As it stands right now unless it supports hyperformance in SLI/Crossfire *with* iGPU I wont buy it; if it does I wouldn't mind spending $50 for a liscense if it has windows 8 support.

MVP has to be licenses and thus yea it runs out in 30days, i don't think you can buy a license.
Tested using a non-statistical approach in BF3 with both hyperformance on and off, showing no effective change in FPS on a GT240 @ 1980 (making sure I was gpu bound). Also here's a good FAQ:

Looked more at the FAQ seeing some interesting errata; only ones that appear to have mass support are DX9 titles and a handful of DX10; it is plausible that MVP is limited to what the integrated GPU is capable of outputting which would disqualify BF3. Mirror's Edge is on the list of "officially" supported games, testing shortly.

This Virtu MVP is working wonders! Keep in mind, that is a very impressive score for a single 6950 (flashed to 6970).
I'm currently running a Sapphire Toxic under Ice Dragon coolant at 940/1450 @ 32c (Idle).

But is it doing wonders to games?
If it is not working well with BF3, it is epic fail
don't forget that theres up to 195% improvement between sandy and ivy igp
it's optimized for Z77, i wouldn't bury it yet, untill real gaming benchs are out with ivy+Z77

Sorry guys, I don't own BF3 to test it on my setup. You guys should test other games besides BF3, you have already figured out that performance gains don't exist for that game. I'll test it in some other games when I get home tonight (Dirt 3, GTA IV) from work. I'm pretty sure the "optimized for Z77" is just marketing, my motherboard advertises this feature directly on ASUS' website in the quick decription. I'm not entirely sure if it is a feature that was added exclusively to Z68 GEN3 boards or all Z68 boards but so far I am impressed.
Anyone else have performance gains?
