If you use r404 or r507 you will need POE oil. POE oil is very sensitive to moisture. It will obsorb moisture out of the air easily. I see you running the compressor with valves open. You are pulling moisture into the unit. Maybe not much, but it doesn't take much to contaminate the system. Also you are pulling mositure into the filter/drier. Not good.
You also need to seal the space between the condenser shroud and the condenser.

ok thx runmc
i cant translate very good this "You also need to seal the space between the condenser shroud and the condenser. "

I see in your video there is an open space between the fan schroud and the condenser. You want all the air to be pulled through the condenser. A lot of air will get pulled through the open space and not the condenser.
I am using 7' 5" of .031 right on a cooler I am building. You need to tell us the O.D. of the captube you have so we can give you a approximate length.

prototype is done, not -50 but its good for first DIY

freon is R22cause guy said that R507 would be to much pressure for teh compressor, he fine tuned, and its about -35 on manometer without load.
soon i will be building somethiong better then this but this is victory for me also and would like to thank everyone who helped me wtih this. thanks guys
