On one of my new systems, my Corsair HX620 makes a buzzing sound when I am at desktop idle. In addition to the constant buzzing sound, when my SSD gets accessed, I hear a high pitched clicking that almost makes it sounds like my SSD is a regular HDD. Its driving me nuts. As soon as I put a load under the CPU, the buzzing sound goes away immediately.

Specs are:

Biostar TA75A+ FM1 Motherboard
AMD A6-3670k
Intel 320 80GB SSD

I did some research and I keep coming across coil hum. I read that if my +5V rail is not being loaded enough, it could result in audible buzzing / coil hum. Think its a motherboard issue?
Bought this HX620 in 04/07. Could it be the PSU crapping out, aging components?
