Not sure where to put this post, probs on my pc with internet

having prob on my pc with the net atm no one else is and i cant think what the prob is can you??
it cuts out for me have slower downloads then the others in utorrent
and when it cuts out for me it does not cut out for others using the same net as me sooo it must have something to do with my pc i think
no idea i is confused about it all

Could be a number of things. With the limited info you provided I can only offer a broad range of possible problems:

1). Bad network cable.
2). Bad Network Card.
3). If using wifi you may have interference, or weak signal.
4). Bad drivers.
5). Bad port on switch or router.
6). Virus or spyware infection.
