Effecient PSU's 45-70W

Having some issues with my telly and picopsu
I need to find a real PSU, the load is roughly 45W idle, 70W load.. I am going for anything above 85%, please list the recommendations

Cannot find that one in Europe, but I was recommended getting;
SilverStone SFX Series SST-ST45SF

and from what I read
Chieftec iARENA GPA-350S8
isnt all that bad.

Last one looks quite sweet too!
The Silverstone was actually recommended by the guy whom wrote the review for that PSU (crmaris), or, I asked the mighty w1zzard if he could ask on my behalf

Unfortunately the kingwin does not seem to be on the European market... But if the Chieftec isnt all that bad, I think it will do, it is dirt cheap

It is similar to a a pico PSU, but offers some better filtering I believe. 85% efficiency is going to be hard a low load when using a traditional PSU because most ratings are set for certain percentages.

It is a DC-DC board and an AC adapter.

So my thoughts of this product... It is quite effecient, I noticed quite a drop in power consumption, however.... It is noisy as hell compared to rest of my system... I might have to swap PSU again it seems.. (But more likely, I'll mod it)
