Micron Chairman and CEO dies in a plane crash age 51 :(

There's not much more to say than that.

Micron Chairman and CEO, Steve Appleton, dies in a plane crash age 51. This was really bad timing, and I think he may have been flying as a result of the Elpida talks

Micron said they will release more details later in the day.

Supposedly, there was no planned successor so the company had to have an emergency board meeting to name a successor.

This is right after the COO announced he'd be retiring and someone would be replacing him as well.
